The journey of self inquiry and discovery is at times messy and challenging, it’s only normal to seek additional guidance and support. But you must understand that I am not here to fix you, only you hold the power to truly change yourself and the direction of your life. What I can offer you is space, guidance and support - while you unpeel the accumulated layers that no longer serve you to find what you need in order to thrive. 


You need to do the work in order to reap the benefits. With that said, I understand how difficult it is to know where to start, and how easy it is to get stuck in the muck of our humanness and the delusions of our distracted, consumer-driven societies. I’ve been there, and know how scary it can feel to truly surrender to the process of self realisation. 


My idea of support is to empower you to trust your own instincts, tune into your intuition and create an intentional practice and a purposeful life. I do this by facilitating a safe space for you to explore your own healing potential through a framework of 4 pillars to wholesome wellbeing, I offer personalised tools and resources best suited to your unique journey.

A personalised and flexible practice designed to meet you exactly where you are and bring you back into connection with yourself. Each person is unique, so needs vary from person to person. 


This session is a one off, 2 hour guided journey to help you release stress and restore balance in your nervous system. Think of it as a mini reboot. My goal is to leave you feeling lighter, refreshed and more aligned with yourself - through mindful exploration and inquiry - movement ( not exercise ), proper breathing, cultivating headspace through various techniques, and releasing what’s pent up and needs to go.


I wish that you are able to shed the heaviness, find clarity and peace of mind, come back to yourself, and to living intentionally.
